Email Campaign for Rainforest City Car Rental
Goal:
Increase customer engagement and bookings by welcoming new subscribers, promoting weekend rentals, and rewarding loyal customers.

Designed and built mobile-first, user-friendly emails in Mailchimp with clear CTAs (“Book Now”).

Leveraged timely offers and loyalty rewards to nurture customers at different lifecycle stages.

Implemented UTM tracking to measure campaign performance.

Created a Looker Studio dashboard using mock data to visualize key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversions, and Revenue.

This Email & Data case study showcases my ability to design customer-focused email campaigns, implement tracking systems, and build analytics dashboards. It highlights both the creative side of copy and design, as well as the analytical side of measuring performance and insights.

Email 2: Weekend Promo → “Exclusive Weekend Car Rental Deals” (time-limited offer to drive urgency).
Email 3: Loyalty Promo → “Thank You for Being a Valued Customer” (special loyalty offer to boost repeat bookings).

Created a mock analytics dashboard in Google Looker Studio using campaign performance data. Showcased key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Demonstrated ability to connect campaign execution with performance measurement.
